Sample Request Policy

We are pleased to offer samples for your reference.

To request samples, please email your detailed requirements to email address sales@rejolly.com. Due to our extensive product range, we do not keep all items in stock. Therefore, sample processing usually takes 10–15 business days.

In-stock samples are provided free of charge. For non-stock samples, customers are responsible for both shipping and handling fees. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, while the nominal handling fee will be fully credited to your account upon your subsequent order placement after sample confirmation.
